About Sapling

Owned and managed by CannySites.com, Sapling.info is the Architecture, Planning & Landscape Information Gateway - a global gateway for information, and a forum for its exchange.
It is a free-to-access resource aimed at academics, students, professionals, practitioners, and anyone else with an interest in the areas of architecture, planning and landscape.
Though based in the UK, Sapling's outlook, coverage and audience is international. It is a completely independent resource, unaffiliated to any organisation, institution or company.
About our history
The site is run by the Sapling Executive Editor and a dedicated team of volunteer Reviewers from around the world.

Become a Sapling Reviewer
A global gateway for information...
The core of the site is a searchable database with more than 1,000 reviewed links to architecture, planning and landscape websites from around the world. These reviews are organised into thirteen themed Gateways - Architecture, Construction, Culture, Heritage, Housing, Interior Design, Landscape, Planning, Regeneration, Sustainability, Transport, Urban Design and Other Information Resources.
About our reviews
Each Gateway also features the latest news headlines from Moreover.com, plus recommended titles from the Sapling Bookstore - brought to you in association with Amazon.co.uk.
...and a forum for its exchange
Sapling is a place for interaction, as well as information. Visitors can award their own rating to any of our reviewed sites, and publicise their conferences, seminars or other events - instantly - in the free Events Listing.
Sapling also offers ways for its users to communicate with one another. The popular Sapling Forums provide an environment for questions, comments, news and announcements relating to architecture, planning and landscape, with separate forums covering Discussion, Jobs, and Products and Services; while Sapling Chat allows our visitors to talk to other Sapling users in real time.
Incorporating the Housing Resource Guide
